Design

Onboarding

The smooth and fast registration process allows users to easily start using the service. The first screen, minimalist in design, requests basic information and divides the questionnaire into simple steps to avoid visual overload. At each step, you will see a clear indicator showing your progress. Each choice leads to relevant questions and is accompanied by intuitive illustrations, ensuring a seamless and quick user experience.

Opening Screen

The opening screen is designed to convey innovation and reliability; the design is static and inviting to start the process.

I ensured that everything is clear, as understandable as possible, so users won't have to think too much about what to click.
It's as simple as can be, with the most common action displayed larger and more prominently, and below it, three buttons offering additional options that are less frequently used.

Clear indication of the number of results displayed.

A clear visual separation between information items using lines and spacing, which facilitates scanning and reading.

Quick access to previous information through the side menu

Document View

The overall design emphasizes efficiency and practicality, taking into account the specific needs of lawyers in their daily work with legal documents.

Each of the displayed results is clickable; clicking on a result opens the file in a side panel that allows for simultaneous work with the chat and the document, ensuring that the workflow is not disrupted. When the document opens, the side menu minimizes to a minimum to maximize screen space

Functionality tailored for lawyers:

The document structure is standard for lawyers with appropriate export options. There is support for highlighting important text and controlling the display size for perfect functionality.

Support for the workflow:

You can search within the document. When selecting a section, possible actions appear in a pop-up window at that location. By clicking the copy button, the content is copied to the chat window for further work.
